Features
Everything you need to run your business
Invoicing, clients, purchasing, stock, projects and payroll — the modules you activate depending on your plan, with compliance built in from day one.
The Daftari modules
Invoicing & quotes
Quotes convert to invoices in one click, Moroccan VAT is calculated and broken down by rate, numbering follows the legal sequence, and you can chase unpaid invoices and issue credit notes.
CRM & clients
Client and prospect records, sales opportunities, full history, and client credit (ardoise) tracking.
Purchasing & suppliers
Purchase orders, supplier invoices and expense tracking with your suppliers.
Stock & till
Product catalogue, stock movements, low-stock alerts, and a fast till for in-store sales.
Projects & tasks
Project tracking, tasks assigned to your team, and time spent, linked back to invoicing.
Payroll & HR
Contracts, payslips, social contributions, leave and attendance tracking, with a self-service employee portal.
Compliance built in
Daftari is built for Moroccan regulation, not adapted afterwards.
- UBL 2.1 export — Every issued invoice can be exported as UBL 2.1 XML, the format adopted for e-invoicing in Morocco.
- ICE checks — The seller's and buyer's Common Enterprise Identifier (ICE) is validated before an invoice can be issued — a missing or invalid ICE blocks it.
- Gap-free numbering — Invoices are numbered chronologically with no gaps, as a tax audit requires.
- Public QR verification — Invoices under the clearance model carry a verification QR code, letting a client or auditor confirm the document is authentic.
- CNDP privacy register — A processing register, consent tracking and access-request tools — the personal-data protection tooling Morocco's Law 09-08 requires.
