A dedicated workspace to follow your clients on Daftari

When your clients run their invoicing on Daftari, your firm gets its own workspace to find them, follow their deadlines and collect their exports. Here is what is available today.

Manage your linked clients

  • A console listing your active clients with their ICE, receivables, overdue invoices, next VAT return and points needing attention.
  • Search by name or ICE, and sort by points needing attention, receivables or overdue invoices.
  • One page per client: the month at a glance, open deadlines and internal firm notes, which are not shown in the client’s account.
  • Access to the client’s Daftari, within the role the client granted you.
  • Invite your colleagues into the firm’s team.

Request access to a client

  • Add a client by its ICE: its administrator receives an email invitation and decides whether to accept it.
  • A client can also invite your firm with your firm code; you accept the request from your workspace.
  • Two roles to choose from: Accountant or Read-only.
  • The client stays in control: it can withdraw your firm’s access at any time from its “My accountant” page.

Track the work

  • A worklist bringing together the open deadlines of all your clients, filterable by client, category and assignee.
  • Each deadline can be assigned to a colleague, snoozed until its due date at the latest, or marked “Handled by the firm”.
  • A monthly calendar of your clients’ deadlines.
  • Counters on the console: open deadlines, overdue invoices, previous-month packs still to collect.
  • A daily deadline digest by e-mail, every morning at 7:00 Morocco time, which each firm member can turn on or off at any time.

Collect the available exports

  • One accounting pack per month, downloadable for each of the last 12 months.
  • The pack holds the sales, purchases, receipts and disbursements registers as CSV files, plus the available PDFs of issued invoices.
  • The console shows, client by client, whether the previous month’s pack has been collected.
  • Downloading is reserved for the Accountant role.

What Daftari does not do

Daftari does not file any return on behalf of your clients or your firm. Marking a deadline “Handled by the firm” only records that the firm has finished its internal follow-up: it does not confirm that the return was filed or the tax paid. The deadline stays open on the client’s side until the client declares it. Daftari does not replace your accounting software.
